TRI Lobe Root Blower
The Kay Tri Lobe Roots Blower uses two Tri-lobe impellers mounted on parallel shafts, with each rotor tip shaped at a 120-degree angle. These impellers rotate in opposite directions within a casing that is closed at both ends by side plates. As the impellers rotate, air is drawn into one side of the casing and then forced out of the opposite side, overcoming the existing pressures. This movement creates a continuous, constant airflow, regardless of the discharge pressure conditions.
